TOP 3 WORKOUT CLASSES TO TRY IN LONDON



Now with gym classes finally being back open and on the cards over the last couple of weeks. Here’s my top 3 classes to get booked in to, to get your sweat on.


Barry’s bootcamp

No doubt a lot of you will of heard of Barry’s. But if you’re yet to give it a go then I’d highly recommend. There’s something about working out in a dark room with neon lights and high octane music that just keeps you motivated. With a mixture of running and floor based work this workout has the perfect mix. Guaranteed to make you sweat and leaving you with a feeling of euphoria.


Each day provides you with a different workout. My favourite being full body, which falls over the weekends. You can purchase a one off class for £23 or they do an offer for newcomers of £50 for 3 classes. With 7 sites across London there’s no excuse that there isn’t one close by!

Train at home with Aimee

Now I know that not everyone will feel comfortable attending gym classes with the pandemic still on going. If this is you then myself and Aimee are still running online classes throughout the week. With a mixture of Pilates, HIIT & strength and conditioning. With plenty of variety you are sure not to get bored and with classes catered to all levels from beginners to advanced there’s something for everyone.

Boxclever Notting Hill

Now I’ve just started going to Boxclever and I’m already hooked. It isn’t a flash high end gym but it sure is an incredible workout. If you’re like me and want to be tested and step out of your comfort zone then you MUST try out Boxclever.


With a mixture of boxing and circuit based workouts I can guarantee this will be up there with one of the hardest classes you have done.


The trainers are all highly trained boxers and make you feel comfortable in their environment. They push you to your limits with a variety of bag, body weight and weighted exercises and the post workout feeling is amazing.


They are currently running unlimited classes for £120 per month. An incredible deal that I’ve already signed up to and I already can’t wait to get back to another class (once my body has recovered a little from the last).
